I've always had a strong connection with drawing and painting, although my professional career has focused on education. After a period of barely painting, watercolor came into my life as a call to reconnect with painting.

I'm drawn to it because it's a constant challenge: watercolor doesn't allow you to control everything; it forces you to let go and allow the water and pigment to flow. This unpredictability is, at the same time, what makes it so fascinating: how it captures light, suggests atmospheres, and evokes emotions without needing to spell everything out.

Besides painting, music is another of my great passions, having been a part of various projects over the years. Both disciplines, although distinct, share a search for harmony, rhythm, and personal expression that I try to capture in each of my works.
